Things you might need to know

the small print

Our aim at YFTP is to provide a great Studio to practice in and realistic pricing packages where there is an option for everyone. We try to keep the rules to a minimum and encourage you to email Claire at claire@yogaforthepeople.co.nz if you have questions about any issues that are not covered here.

GENERAL

  • Passes and memberships cannot be shared between people
  • Once you have made a purchase it cannot be refunded
  • The weekly timetable is subject to change at any time
  • There will be a reduced timetable between Christmas and New Year and on statutory holidays

UNLIMITED ATTENDANCE

Paying by direct debit entitles you to unlimited access to all classes on the timetable. This does not include workshops which will incur a separate fee.

EZIBEBIT CONTINUOUS DIRECT DEBIT

  • Payments are made in advance, and can be paid monthly or fortnightly or weekly
  • Your monthly fee is non–refundable unless you have made prior arrangements with Claire
  • Payments can be temporarily suspended – for a minimum of 3 weeks at a time and no more than once per year (or at the discretion of the Studio). All requests for suspensions need to be put in writing to claire@yogaforthepeople.co.nz BEFORE the date it needs to start
  • Dishonored payments will incur a fee of $17 collected from Ezidebit
  • To terminate your payments, you must inform YFTP by email to claire@yogaforthepeople.co.nz giving notice of 1 period (ie 1 week or I fortnight or 1 month, depending on your payment frequency)
  • No terminations can be made within the first 3 months
  • The ‘month unlimited special’ package is valid for 4 weeks i.e. 28 days from the first class

MULTI-CLASS PACKAGES AND CASUAL CLASSES

  • Purchasing a 5/10/20 pack of classes or a casual class entitles you to attend any of the timetabled classes. This does not include workshops
  • All passes must be paid in full in advance by EFTPOS or online payment on our website or YFTP APP
  • Casual sessions must be paid for in advance of class by cash or EFTPOS
  • A casual class can only be used on the day of purchase
  • The 5 Class Pass expires 3 months from the date of your first class
  • The 10 Class Pass expires 6 months from the date of your first class
  • The 20 Class Pass expires 9 months from the date of your first class
  • If you have unused classes on the expiry date we will reactivate the classes by adding them to your new pass if you buy another pass of equal or greater value. Classes can only be reactivated once and will then need to be used up within the time period of the new pass.
