If you have been practicing for less than 6 months, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, we will focus on
key postures and learn how each posture is made up of individual
stages. And, how each stage is a building block – which when added to
– gives you the ability to move safely and deeply into the pose.
Understand your body’s current range of motion.
Gain greater confidence in your ability.
Have an opportunity to ask questions & receive feedback.
